Fingerprint Clearance Card
A Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card is required. Rolling prints usually costs $15–$20 and the application is $67. Click on the button below to apply for your fingerprint card. After the application, you'll need to get your fingerprints rolled at a professional fingerprinting center. We recommend Arizona Livescan.
