DDD-approved in-home support across Maricopa and Pinal Counties

Every service below is authorized through Arizona’s Division of Developmental Disabilities. If you already have an approved support plan, we can begin scheduling right away. If you’re still navigating the DDD process, we’ll help you understand the next step.

Respite Care

Short-term relief for family caregivers, provided by trained staff in your home or community.

Respite gives parents and family caregivers a scheduled break while their loved one stays safe, engaged, and cared for. Our caregivers follow your routines, support daily activities, and keep you informed about how the visit went. Respite hours are authorized through your DDD support coordinator and can be scheduled on a recurring basis or as needed.

Habilitation

Goal-driven skill building that helps children and adults grow toward greater independence.

Habilitation focuses on teaching and reinforcing the skills named in your individual support plan — communication, self-care, safety awareness, social skills, and daily living tasks. Our caregivers document progress on each goal and work in partnership with families, therapists, and support coordinators so everyone is pulling in the same direction.

Attendant Care

Hands-on daily living support with personal care, mobility, meals, and household routines.

Attendant care covers the practical, everyday support that makes independent living possible: personal hygiene, dressing, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Care is delivered with dignity and privacy, on a schedule that fits your household.

Who qualifies?

Services are available to children and adults enrolled with Arizona DDD who have an authorization for respite, habilitation, or attendant care in their individual support plan.
